Summer Photo Contest!

Dawn Rockett Photography is hosting a Summer Photo Contest. I am looking for photos of your kids outside having fun in the sun! They can be on the beach, outside, in cute summer clothes...anything that has to do with Summer! Beginning March 7 2011 you can email me your photos. I will take photos until March 9 2011 at 10pm. Winner will get a free session with all images on CD. No cost for CD either!

Details:
 You must be the parent or legal guardian of child to enter. Only one entry per child. This must be a snap shot. No professional photos will be accepted. Please email me the photos at DawnRockett@yahoo.com and make subject like Summer Photo Contest. Include the child's name and age. Please include your name and contact info as well. All photos will be posted on Dawn Rockett Photography's facebook page.

Judging:
 Photos will be judged 2 ways so there will be 2 winners! First way is by "likes." Photo with most "likes" will win. Also I will have 2 judges pick a winner.

I will announce winners. There will also be great prizes and specials for 2nd and 3rd places by both "likes" and judges. Also everyone who enters will get a discount!

Photo Parties

I am now offering Photo Parties. This is a very fun and fast way to get good photos of you or your loved ones. The sessions will be 20-30 minutes long and you will get all images on a Disc for $65. It's very simple! You have a party, I take the photos and everyone has fun.

Hostess Specials and Perks:
*Have up to 5 guests and get half off your session.
*Have 6 or more guests and get a FREE session.
*If someone books a party you get your session fee waved for a future session and 30% off prints and     products. (This is for a normal session)

* One free 8x10

You can have themed parties or you can keep it simple. I have a Studio Setup for indoors and also do outdoor photos. Parties are ideal for kids, families, pets, or individual photos. Christmas Mini Sessions!!

It's that time of year! Time to get Christmas Photos done! I am offering Christmas Mini Sessions on November 19th and 20th at Polkadots and Pattycakes Bowtique in Tyler. These sessions will be 20-25 minutes and we will have Christmas props and goodies. Polkadots and Pattycakes will also have specials and the most adorable things for your little ones.

The Sessions will be in the store. There will be a Christmas Set with Props.

Here are the Collection Options for Photos:

Collection A - $50 Disc with 10-15 images 

Collection B - $100 2-8x10, 4-5x7, 8 wallets and Disc with 10-15 images 

Christmas Cards - $15 Digital File will be added to your Disc and you can print as many as you would like

Beautiful Roses

I had an amazing time Photographing this family. Dalise has become a very close friend of mine here in Arizona. Her mom came into town from Texas and she wanted some photos. I was very happy to do it! These beautiful roses represent Dalise's son Gable and her Mom's son Walker. We thought what better way than to represent both Angels in the photos. Dalise's husband, Stephen and son Thomas also came for the photo shoot. Little Thomas did not want to sit still and I would not expect anything more from an almost 2 year old. He is adorable. This is a very strong family and I will forever hold them close to my heart.

Gallery Wrap

I have had so many people ask me what a Gallery Wrap is. I took a few photos of one that came in today with a client's order. These are my favorite and they are just beautiful. They are printed on a beautiful canvas and there is no need for a frame. They are ready to go up on the wall. The canvas wraps around and stands out 1.5 inches. Beautiful way to show off your favorite photos!

We went over to visit some great friends for an awesome dinner. It was a pleasure to fit in a fun photoshoot too! Still hot as ever here in Arizona but we made the best of it. Thanks guys!! It was fun to Photograph y'all!!

Three Beauties!

These three girls were so fun and very well behaved. They are 2,3 and 4 years old. I can't get over how well they did especially since it was very hot outside. I think we all had a blast! There was a lot of laughing and playing.

Fun Session

Took the Family out to the Park today and had a fun shoot. Taking photos of my kids is a great workout!
